A good CEO points out where a company needs to improve in order to fulfill the mission given to it by the founder. Jesus had countless souls who learned from Him but only 72 of His followers were empowered to preach and heal during His earthly ministry (prior to the crucifixion). Out of those 72, He had twelve who He worked with quite intimately.
